- The item has not been damaged or soiled
- Custom or bespoke items may have different return terms
Bespoke Items
Custom-made and bespoke items are created specifically for you and may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. Please discuss return options with us before placing a custom order.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return authorization
- We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or style, subject to availability. Please contact us to discuss exchange options. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
